Our Process to Produce Healthy Bloodlines
All breeding adults are:
Registered and shown within TICA and CFA.
DNA tested for any potential genetic health issue.
HCM screened and cleared.
FIV and FeLV tested and found negative for both.
Checked yearly by a certified vet and vaccinated.
Expecting mothers are taken for xrays/ultrasounds at 50 days gestation.




From Birth to Home: How We Prepare Our Kittens
Before entering their new home each kitten will recieve:
3 visits to a certified veterinarian
a health guarantee
All FVRCP shots expect for the one now recommended being received after they reach 6 months of age
a rabies shot
dewormer
a spay/neuter
tested for FIV and FeLV
a microchip
biweekly stool samples
socialization with adult cats
socialization with dogs
introductions to children as Alastair will be involved raising them
introductions to carriers as we feed meals inside them once they are 12 weeks to establish a positive reaction to carriers
introductions to harnesses
introduction to cars
desensitization to new and busy environments as they will spend time at the grooming salon with Kathi
introductions to weekly nails, brushouts and baths starting from 5 weeks of age to familiarize them with a grooming routine (the frequency is only for consistent learning. It does not need to be so strict once they are older.)
